Search the register
By name, city, state or identifier — covered entities, the contract pharmacies they work with (by name and town, ZIP or pharmacy ID), every hospital that files a Medicare cost report, and nursing facilities (by CCN, name, chain or owner).
What one search reads
One box searches four federal files at once, and each is keyed by something different. A name that lives in one of them should not look like a name that lives in none.
- Covered entities registered for the 340B drug discount program — by organization name, city, state or 340B identifier.
- The contract pharmacies filed against them — by pharmacy name, city, state, ZIP or register pharmacy ID.
- Hospitals that file a Medicare cost report — by name, city or CMS certification number.
- Nursing facilities CMS publishes — by CMS certification number, name, city, the chain CMS lists them under, or a current owner’s name.
Two characters are enough to start. Every result opens that record’s own page, and a result list says which file it came from.
